Drawing science with Daylight Creative

In June 2021, I was selected to take part in Drawing Science, a one-day workshop that brought together 15 illustrators and 15 researchers to see how we could replicate the amazing working relationship between illustrator, Toby Morris and Dr Siouxsie Wiles. Together, they had helped the country, and then the world, to better understand the Covid-19 pandemic and associated issues through timely and easy-to-understand graphics, diagrams and illustrations. A by-product of that event was the creation of a Drawing Science Guide aimed at researchers, featuring illustrations from workshop participants. I was asked to illustrate the ‘Timelines and Costs’ spread.
